Thank you for your interest in joining the men & women of the Silicon Valley Chapter of MOAA. We have a long history in the SF Bay area, dating back to 1950. Our members have served around the world defending our Constitution. After leaving the service, they took advantage of living in the center of innovation, Silicon Valley. High-tech companies desired men and women with their history of leadership, dedication and skills they obtained in the military. The area leads the world in hardware, software and support technologies.
We welcome all men and women who are, or have, served as active duty, former, retired, National Guard and Reserve commissioned and warrant officers of the U.S. uniformed services. Widows and widowers of any deceased individuals who would, if living, be eligible for regular membership may choose to associate with SVC as Surviving Spouses.
Upon joining, you will be invited to attend our monthly luncheon meetings for camaraderie, fellowship and hear fascinating speakers. You will be sent an emails describing the meeting format and speaker. Directions to the meeting at DeAnza College will be provided. NO dues for the first year of joining!
